Assisted reproduction

LOW COMPLEXITY
Ovarian stimulation – timed intercourse.
Through the use of medication and ultrasound monitoring, the precise moment of ovulation will be indicated to time intercourse, increasing the probability of achieving pregnancy.
Intrauterine insemination (IUI).
After ovarian stimulation, a prepared semen sample (homologous, from the partner, or heterologous, from a donor) is deposited into the uterus using a special catheter.
HIGH COMPLEXITY
Conventional In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
After ovarian stimulation, the eggs are retrieved, and in the in vitro laboratory, the eggs and sperm are placed together in specialized media to allow for spontaneous fertilization. This technique ensures sperm-egg contact. Embryonic development is monitored, and the best embryo is selected for transfer into the woman’s uterus.
Microsurgery
Fallopian Tube Recanalization.
This involves the reconnection of the fallopian tubes through microsurgery; in other words, it is the reversal of tubal ligation.
Vasovasostomía or ductal reanastomosis.
This involves the reconnection of the vas deferens through microsurgery; in other words, it is the reversal of a vasectomy.
Cryopreservation
Fertility Preservation.
These techniques allow the freezing of germ cells in both men and women, sperm and eggs, with nearly 100% survival rates and results comparable to those achieved with fresh procedures. They are an option for those who wish to preserve their fertility electively or for individuals who, due to medical or professional reasons, need to preserve their fertility in order to fulfill their dream of becoming parents.

Preservación de la fertilidad
Estas técnicas permiten congelar células germinales en hombres y mujeres.
